KOETSCH Paul has an extensive
automotive and technical background holding several U.S. Patents as an inventor
and more than 30 years experience in auto parts, sales and
marketing, management and manufacturing. Antique
and classic cars are a passion and currently he and Diana
own a 1952
MG-TD.
DIANA
KOETSCH Diana has more than
30 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping, over 20 years experience
in marketing and customer service, and is a teacher
certified color analyst.
MICHAEL
RUBIN
Michael has more than
40 years experience in sales, auto
parts and computer software sales and
management.
JONATHAN
WESTHALL
Jonathan is a
graduate of Wyotech school of automotive technology
having studied auto mechanics, hot rodding, chassis fab
and high performance engines. He is a four star certified installer for 3m and Venture Shield paint protection
films.
KIMBERLY
WESTHALL
Kimberly, a.k.a.
“KWHotrod”, is also a graduate of
Wyotech School having studied auto
mechanics, hot rodding, chassis fab and high performance
engines. She also has a background in graphic arts, auto restoration
and “old school” pin striping where she
studied under Steve Kafka, one of the masters.

KOETSCH
William is the I.T. guy with
a background in automotive appraisal and auction preparation.
He is passionate about fine automobiles and very
knowledgeable about the latest models. He is also a big
fan of classics and muscle cars and currently owns a 1971
Chevelle.
ERIN
WESTHALL (Not Pictured)
Erin is the newest addition
to the team, having served
our country in the Navy and as a
long-haul over-the-road truck driver. He is an
enthusiastic individual with a passion for doing the job right. He will be a valuable member of the installation team. | |

Local entrepreneurs, Paul
& Diana
Koetsch and Michael Rubin have joined with Dave Renfrew, the founder of Protection Plus in Shrewsbury, Mass to open its second location serving the western MA/CT area. Dave has been
providing paint protection film since 2001 in eastern MA.
“We have a long history here in
East Longmeadow,” Paul said. “Starting with our time
together at Irving Auto Parts, Mike’s father’s
store – where it was always fun to go and get your auto
parts!"
"Our new venture,”
Koetsch continued, “is also a family affair with Jon & Kim
Westhall, Erin Westhall, Jon &
Kris Gaouette and William Koetsch making up the balance of the Protection Plus team and we are excited about that!”

Jonathan has a background in machine repair and
restoration, auto detailing and quality control,
automotive tint, customer service, and manufacturing. He

GAOUETTE
Kristina is a
licensed hair dresser and message
therapist, with a background of automotive
auction preparation and auto body shop facilitator. With a
private studio on location in East Longmeadow,
she is able to provide personal attention for those who
wish to schedule a massage or hair appointment while they wait for
